    So on 2/27/11 I purchased a Blu-ray player from a Sony outlet store, got it home and when it was plugged in it was dead. It wouldn't turn on at all. I called the customer service number and went through all those hoops and finally got to the replacement part. Logically since the unit was less than 24 hours old it was covered under warranty. The catch was they wanted a credit card to charge me for all the shipping and handling charges to them and back.   • Sony delayed release of patch for game

    The game "two worlds 2 " has been released in Europe for the playstation 3 since November 2010. The game crashes and its completely unplayable. I contacted the publisher called zussex entertainment and they have confirmed that they have released a patch to fix the problem and gave it to sony for approval and release to the public through the playstation network. However since now the patch is not released. How long does this approval process takes? Many european consumers are furious at this time. Release the patch ASAP! More...
  • Bad Customer Service

    Phone call number one: I cannot believe the type of customer service I received when I contacted Sony customer support today. It was by far some of the worst, most demeaning, unprofessional customer service I have ever received. Phone call number two:I tried calling the customer relations phone number on your website to complain about my initial customer service phone call. , and asked to speak to a supervisor.
